The base-line purpose of hired, elected and appointed members of the U.S. Government, is supplying numerous public services through Local, State, and Federal departments to support community well-being in many forms. Local governments, and authorities above them, behave within boundaries set by Federal documents. While all levels of government provide public services of various types, local members of government provide services more directly than State and Federal bodies.
At the local level, city and village governments are headed by positions such as city council members, boards, a mayor, and multiple other elected lead positions within the county. All people should recognize the right to inform and scrutinize local members of government who are emplaced through elections. Communication between the public, reps and hired employees of government, is essential to create a functioning relationship based on understanding both sides of the coin so that healthy productive interactions take place.
Elected Servants & Public Relations
The process of election involves electors selecting candidates that will provide preferences while in office at local State and Federal levels. Reps often behold superior roles that manage subordinate, often hired employees. Therefore electors manage who will oversee local services and upper action of members within government; meaning that electors choose who will attempt to implement their personal expectations while being in office while being capable of managing and influencing subordinate members of government.

Effecting communication promotes members of government to provide preferred essential public services for the people.
Eliminate Corruption within Government
Corruption in government is often at the public’s cost. Defined as the abuse of entrusted public power for illegitimate, personal, or private gain. It involves officials violating their oath of public trust by prioritizing self-enrichment or favoritism over the welfare of the citizens they are supposed to serve. Members of government are fundamentally required to avoid corruption under federal criminal statutes and ethics codes. Corruption occurs in many forms as an ongoing issue within government, involving money, power, advancement, influence, and many other forms.
Justices Uphold Standards Imposed by Constitutions, Laws, Ethics and Regulations
Just as all other positions in government, judges are held by strict standards to apply authoritative documents to real-world events brought before them in a court of law. Judges act as referees, magistrates, that inform people within conflicts, what is supported by U.S. laws and other sources of authority, and what is not accepted. The result is judges at all levels eliminating what the Federal government does not accept within its boundaries, leaving the people to live within an environment established in the 1770s.
All three branches of government are essential in their own way, but the judicial branch is unique in the here described sense.
