U.S. residents behold civic capacities that apply to all levels of U.S. government.  Capacities that coincide with rights, liberty and legal protection from government overreach; in the name of Freedom.

Ethics act as the moral compass for government, ensuring that leaders prioritize the collective welfare over personal gain. They transform raw political power into trustworthy authority by mandating fairness, transparency, and accountability, which are foundational for maintaining public trust in democratic institutions. 

Constitutions, laws and ethics each express that our system of government is designed to provide numerous public services to benefit individuals, communities, States and the Nation as a whole.  Become aware how the U.S. system of government is structured and how it operates to utilize public services effectively, or enter government to become a member to perform teamwork toward achieving goals for the masses.

Step back  –  recognize that U.S. citizens receive substantial benefit from public services performed by millions of members in government.  Local and higher elected reps can be held accountable by the people while hired and appointed members are subject to We the People by other methods.  The greatest power over public servants are documents that outline what a position of public service is required to perform.  The State assigned all members of government positions to protocols located in State statutes, Administrative Codes, Federal codes, and inter-agency regulations, based on Constitutions.

In effect, if performed effectively, all members of government can be subjected to public actions of direction, approval and scrutiny.  The electorate selects candidates to perform services through regular elections.  Reps will respond upon voice of the public if such agreements/relations are made; such as mayors, city council/board members, judges, county executive/administrator, governors and the U.S. President.  

Public servants and government bodies within the U.S. are designed to be managed by U.S. citizens through communication, teamwork, elections and accountability.  Public servants are granted limited power by the people and must answer for their position actions.  State legislation can be searched online.  It contains documented roles/actions for members of government within the State, at county, city, village and town levels that can be referred to for managing government effectively.

To support democracy performing as it is described in founding documents, laws and ethics; this site aims to direct people how to compare public servant actions to position protocols to determine if actions were legitimate or should be corrected.  Systems presently exist within government documents for U.S. residents to hold members of government accountable for failures, neglect, crimes, participating in corruption, and many other forms of misaction.  Such procedures can be found in State legislation and Federal codes or down other avenues.
